Audio & Video is not in sync after digitizing in MC3, Need Help!

    Hi guys,

    I shot footage with Canon XL2 at 60i, 16:9.

After digitizing, I opened the clip in the source monitor.

The video and audio is not in sync together.

Here is the order from video shooting to digitizing:

    1. Shot footage at 60i

    2. Project settings: 30i NTSC

    3. Timecode set to: Non-Drop Frame

What can I do to Fix this problem?

Should I re-capture footage at different setting?

    Can someone please help?

    Thanks,

    Zia

Did you resolve this? was it captured via firewire or SDI?

    Yes, thank you.

I re-started Avid and unplugged the camera from the firewire port.
