Is there a shortcut to go up and down monitoring tracks on timeline.

You know that button to view a specific track on the timeline (and everything below).  Is there a shortcut to move that thing up and down tracks without the mouse?   thx

    Alt+[Track Shortcut] works.
    like Alt+7 to set preview to V2, Alt+0 to toggle A2 on/off.

Since most of us only have V1 & V2 mapped to the keyboard, you might not get awfully far with this.

I'm on Mac OS, I opt click the keyboard key for the track I need to monitor, so in my keyboard nō 7 is the key for V2, so opt 7 sets the monitor to that track.
