Hello! everybody,

I want to know if someone beside me have the same problem with the new update that pro tools offers to the new costumers. When I try to update my pro tools 12 to pro tools 12.040 or something like that the software run and install the update and ask me if I want to shut down my computer I said Ok! but when my computer starts again, the same update appear and appear and that make me crazy!! Anyone can help me please???.

And the other thing that I want to ask, if someone has already prove his pro tools 12 on windows 10 and if run well?? Thanks guys!!!!

Finally I want to know why I have problems with the video on my windows and pro tools, I already convert the videos to the correct format but I still have the same problems. Thanks to any kind of help!!!
