  • Re: Movie export from procedures FAILED!, errcode:-2034

Just to follow up on this... i did figure out what my problem was. The AVCHD media I imported had some problems with it. I noticed my export would always crash around a certain point, so I checked that point out in the timeline, and at the end of a clip there was a second of black - and it said, error, disk limit or something. Either way, there were

Well, I figured out what my problem was. BLKDOG's advice is right - it's a general error. I looked at my sequence, and noticed that the export failed around the 10:00min mark give or take a minute everytime. So I narrowed it down, and there were a couple clips in the timeline where the last 2 or 3 seconds were DISK_EOF. I deleted the last 3

Delete user settings. It's under the AVID USER SETTINGS. Do a search for it on your desktop. Again, this problem... So i've been scouring every board, site possible looking for a solution to this. BLKDOG suggested it's just a general error... Now in avid, we have the clips in, and want to create a bunch of GROUP CLIPS relating to all the media we have. I'm aware that sometimes a camera shoots a little clip that won't have a group, a stray clip. I can just select media relatives and

  • Re: What Video Resolution with AVCHD?

Good to know, thanks guys. I know people shooting with XD cam, they have it nice and easy, bring it in at XDCam 50Mbps... just wish there was one called AVCHD High Rez or something. Maybe in the future. I'll just bring in a good changing contrast clip about 10 seconds long at all resolutions and see which one works for me.
