I spoke with Avid, they will be releasing a 2021.12.x version that will resolve this issue. It looks to only affect these early controllers found in the NEXIS 20TB (ISIS1000) units. To clarify it takes down the management port but the 10Gb SFP+ will still work.

That port is down also. Side note I was using that port to upgrade the NEXIS. It just never came back, let it sit for a few hours, no luck. Also power cycled unit and removed controller several times.
