  • Re: Deko1000

My apologies for the huge delay in responding, I missed this post when I was away for back to back events in April. You must have the Clips option to play clips. It is possible to add that feature. If you need more information please contact me directly.

  • Re: PostDeko Slow on Saving to Thunder

Hi Ben, Sorry to say I do not know any specific causes for what is happening. My suggestion is, of course, customer support. There is a new customer support portal: http://na2.salesforce.com/secur/login_portal.jsp?orgId=00D400000007GIT&portalId=060400000000a8t If you do not have support on these boxes you might try reinstalling the software. • Re: Moving images inside Deko 1000 program

I am not sure I am understanding your question, but here is my best guess. If you open a non-native graphic on Deko it will automatically put it into the Background. Or you can put a graphic into the Background thru the Background Shader, by selecting Texture and opening the file there. Then go to the Usage radial button in the Shader menu (be sure

  • Re: Tab Order (for automation or ENPS)

Are you referring to the literal "Tabs" in the Text pulldown menu on Deko? You cannot use standard typewriter tabs AND use automation. If you want to use any automated replace field settings you must create an individual layer for each bit of data. If you have further questions please email me directly and I will have a look at your files

  • Re: Right to Left Text Help

Try setting the orientation to "right to left" using the Orientation setting on the Font tab of the Style menu (View - Style, click on Look tab, the Orientation pulldown list is on the bottom of that menu).

I think I already followed up directly, but for the group: Using Automation and III protocol the Deko templates can be filled in by journalists and a playlist created. There are benefits to the MOS Gateway, but the Automation option can be used effectively as needed.

No idea. Customer Support would be the only option, if you have a support contract.

I am not sure I understand the question. If you are simply trying to get the layers in order so that they make sense for the journalist in the MOS environment, you simply put the layers in order on the .dko template. Use the Layer Browser to drag & drop, or the Layer pulldown menu to Send to back, Send to Front, Move Forware one layer, Move back
