  • Re: Ignite + Dekos + Deko Mos + Gateway +Command(?) issue

The style must be added to each Macro Server as well. If that is not it, try Customer Support for both Grass and Avid - the problem could be with either party.

  • Re: Dekocast 4.1.2 XML/BCI Command List

In the User's Guide XML Configuration section I see this info: XML commands and output are included in the DekoCast message log file. And The DekoCast log files are located in the same directory as the application You may be able to find the info you need there. You can also write a plug-in on DekoCast to perform functions. There is a guide to creating

  • Re: Deko Credit Templates

It is a little difficult to understand exactly what the problem is from your description, but here are a few things to check. First just to clarify, you are working on PostDeko not Deko. Deko is in versions 5.x, PostDeko in versions 8.x. If you have a graphic with text in preview and want to copy portions to program you will, as you describe, select

  • Re: Output settings from After Effects for DEKO 3000

Great question, sorry I did not verify - clips (animations on Deko) MUST be rendered to the same resolution that the Deko will be running. So you should find out if they will set to run 1080i or 720p. If you can't find out you should render them at both resolutions.
