  • Nexis client dive disconnect on windows logout

    I have an ISIS 5000 fully updated and running without issue, I recently added a windows server16 based system into my network for additional redundancy. I'm using Syncback Pro for nightly mirroring of each of my ISIS drives. the system is running headless in a rack so I connect via remote desktop. My issue is that when I log out of RDP it logs out

    Thanks for the tip! I'm going to have to try this, as I found 2 other workstations that are having the same issue.

    Ok, well, I was able to fight my way though and strong arm it into working. I killed the avidfileservice running in windows, then removed the avid folders from the C://Program Files. Then I had to removed the avid string of keys from the system registry. There is an oddlynamed registry key that had to be located and removed as well. But with a little

  • ISIS client uninstallation issues

    I'm trying to uninstall the ISIS client from a workstation so that I can move it to the new Nexis client. I'm getting an error from windows, I would really like to not have to wipe the system.     That is a screenshot of the my computer portion of windows explorer I went ahead and mounted one of my workspaces. If I drop a file onto any workspace from my system through windows explorer I get the prompt. As for the domain controller and Directory services. not totally sure. I'm a photographer with a somewhat more advanced knowledge of network
