About Nigel Smith

I'm Technical Operations Manager for the Department of Media & Communications @ Goldsmiths, University of London. I've been using, teaching and supporting Avid editing products since 1996, mostly on macs. Together with my team of Technical Advisors I manage 22 edit suites [2 with Symphony] and a 19 seat Avid Lab, as well as 2 Pro Tools studios, an Avid screening room and a dozen iLoks , and I'm an Avid Certified Professional for MC and Avid Certified Instructor for Pro Tools.
