  • P2 import (clips to bin and manual)

    Hey all, First things first. Running 5.8.0 on OS 10.4.10. G5 (4x 2.5GHz PPC) and 2.5 GB RAM. Quicktime is 7.2. Does that cover?   • p2 timecode and transcripts

    We are currently looking into shooting on P2 HD for the upcoming season of a reality show on PBS. Last season the show was on tape and we were heavily heavily reliant on transcripts to find material. How does the timecode/transcription process work with P2 media?     Hi, I just read your posts Ethos. Since you will have a new laptop you might consider right off the bat reinstalling Leopard from the install disc. You would first use the Disk Utility software to re-partition the internal hard drive to have 2 partitions. The second 1 can be quite small (10 to 20GB)... (read more)
