Large number of differing framerate clips!

I decided to make a short film using my new Google Pixel 2, but upon downloading the 600+ clips I have noticed that around 100 of them are either 30fps, 29fps, 28.97fps, 28fps, 27.97fps, or 26.97 fps. This is very annoying. The majority are 29.97fps. I wish to standardize all of the clips to 25fps without making them choppy or butchering the quality, so that I can transcode to a very low quality in order to edit these 2k+ clips and eventually relink them, as currently media composer tells me that if I am to transcode the clips that don't represent my project framerate I won't be able to relink.

Please tell me; what's the easiest way for me to make all of the clips the same framerate and ready to transcode so that I can edit and eventually relink to their original resolution? Thank you in advance!
