Be gentle, I'm an engineer, not an editor:)

I have a laptop editor running Media Composer 8.7.2 on Windows 7.  We operate in 1080i/59.94, shooting AVC-Intra 50.  The timeline video format is non-square pixels, 1440x1080.  

We are attempting to export the composition to a P2 card for import to our desktop editors.  We're a TV station with an extensive fixed infrastructure running Intra 50.  

When I attempt to output the timeline (File, Output, Export to Device, P2) the only available Video Format is DVCProHD-100. Since we're talking about news footage, the time necessary to transcode back to AVC-I is a challenge.

I'm having trouble finding reliable information as to whether this is even possible and if so, how?
