Any one can circumvent this problem? On start up when initialize hardware of host it pop up.

First - High Sierra is not approved.
Second, this error could be caused by the batch capture settings not being set properly. Under the "Settings" tab go to "Capture". Under the "Capture" settings go to the "Batch" tab. Make sure "Optimize for disk space" is selected.
Lastly, add RAM.

Thank you for reply and support. I gues it is a hardware problem. Maybe RAM failure. High Sierra is for testing reasons fressh on a new partition installed and AVID MC 7.0.7 also. The error messages are on both os the same. The hardware is a iMAC 12.1, A1312 (EMC 2429), middle 2011. Our company have seven of this systems with OS X 10.8.5 and MC 7.0.7 and a active Avid support plan for all of them - six of them run marvellous.I can't access the settings because the application stop at the Avid initialize screen, in both os with the identical error messages.Dirk

I am wondering if you can reinstall the RAM modules and see if that helps. Sometimes due to heat and/or dust inside the iMac things dont work as they shoud. thats a cheap try and doesnt cost if you can do that easily.
Anything else attached like a O/I device. if so, disconnect. try again. If not then it is looking like hardware

An interim report of my issue.
Install on another iMac new OS X 10.8.5 and only MC 7.0.7: Same error as in the issue discription here
I make a full backup from another iMac with OS X 10.8.5 wiith MC 7.0.7 and restore the backup on the affected hardware: MC 7.0.7 start up without any problems - crazy.
Install on a MacPro 5,1 with installed OS X 10.10.5 MC 8.9.2: MC will not start up, no initializing process, a crashreport appear immediately. The "Avid Media Composer Documentation and Version Matrix" say yes to OS X 10.10.5 but last patch version 8.9.0 not 8.9.2. I will try it with version MC 8.8.5
I'm going nuts 😜
I am 99% confident that 8.8.5 will work..... the 8.9.2 isnt most likely because its an older Mac model. If you ook at the system specifications for Mac, the only 2 pre 2013 tested and approved are:
Can you determine if the 21.5 iMac is the same one you have or is it older?
My iMac from 2011 doesnt work with 8.9.x :(
One last suggestion from a support tech on this for you....
Try to move MCState and Site_Settings to a backup location and then try to relaunch MC 8.9.2
If that does not help, move the Site_Attributes off as well, but first leave it in the folder

[RESOLVED]
Something seems went wrong after the Installation MC 7.0.7, i have fix it by copy the missing folders from the working system to the faulty system and it work now properly.
Missing folders: /Avid Media Composer/Settings/ --> MCState, Site Settings.avs, Site Settings.xml, Site_Attributes (was not created after installation)
Missing folders: /users/shared/AvidMediaComposer/ --> AMA Management, Avid Attic, Avid SearchData, Avid Users, DSMLogFiles, MarqueeTitles, Shared Avid Projects, Synced Avid Projets (was not created after installation)
/Avid Media Composer/SupporingFiles/Avid_MediaFiles/ --> had no write permissions after installation
The issue is now resolved :) Thank you for support.
And our MacPro 5,1 OS X 10.10 with MC 8.8.5 work also properly. :)
