Disk_FILE_NOT_FOUND error after renaming mxf folder.

I have been renaming my mxf numbered folders in an effort to organize my files. I have had no issue until now. I renamed a folder from 1 to DSLR DNX 175.

The files in this folder are all transcoded footage from a Canon T4i. The files have been transcoded to DNXHD 175. My other files on this same drive are from a goPro. Those files are transcoded and I can see them in Avid regardless of the fact that I have renamed the numbered  file in the folder. Any ideas avid is treating these MVI files differently?

Try closing Avid. Delete the msmFMID.pmr and msmMMOB.mdb files from your  DSLR DNX 175 folder.
Restart Avid do you see that folder being indexed by Avid during start up?
If so are the files in this folder on line  in your Project?

If Avid did not index the folder on startup then close Avid and rename the  DSLR DNX 175 folder to a simple number like 100
Restart Avid did it index the folder? Are your files online?

If so when you next close Avid you can rename the 100 folder to an alpha numeric name of your choice (something like 100dslr_dnx175
