    Analogue Audio Issues

We just swapped out a MOTU HDX-SDI unit for a Mojo DX and everyting is working fine except for the analogue audio input- we were running AES audio through the MOTU for the punch-in tool and it worked fine. On the Mojo we're plugged into the analogue audio input but the levels are way too low, barely there.

We've plugged directly into the Mojo to bypass our cabling, we've tried the audio calibration tools, nothing we do seems to get a good analogue signal. We've tested on other Mojo DX devces and gotten the same results.

Embedded audio on injest is fine.

The calibration tool seems to be sort of a joke, the UI gets all wonky as you make changes... this should be easier than it is, it's just a simple TRS in...

Does anyone have any experience with issues like this? I feel like there's something dumb we're just overlooking in the Media Composer settngs... any help with getting line level audio into our Mojo DX would be most appreciated.

    Running Media Composer 6.0.5.1

    Re: Analogue Audio Issues

Can anyone confirm that the analogue inputs can take line level signals or does it need to be amplified?
