Turning off Smart Tools reduces my timeline to a postage stamp size??

    Hi,

Randomly after using the red arrow to move some clips on my timeline, I'll turn off Smart tools either with the shortcut or clicking the C surrounding the smart tool icons and doing this reduces my timeline window to the size of a postage stamp and moves it to the top left corner of my source monitor??? Anyone know what's going on here :)

    Cheers

It's not only the smart tool that triggers that.  Me getting out of trim mode, or adding a filter will cause that to happen. Randomly.  Sometimes subclipping a shot to a bin causes the bin to do this.  Odd bug that's been around since MC 6.0.  Haven't noticed it in 8.2 though...
