    Help! - 101 Activation failed (MC interplay 7.0)

    I had upgraded from MC 6.5. to 7 interplay a while ago, then downgraded again to 6.5. I recently tried the same procedure but went back to 6.5. again. This procedure was always time consuming but it worked. Avid had provided me with 2 different software keys. Now I installed 7.0. again and it won't activate. System ID and key are filled in by AViD already when I get to the activation mask. I try activation through the internet. I keep receiving an error without any further information.

    "101 actiavation failed"

    Any ideas? of course I am in the middle of a deadline project.... :-8

    Activation issues are free calls to Avid tech support.
