Problema con timewarp - Problem with timewarp effect

Salve.

Hello. I have a problem with timewarp effect. When I apply timewarp effect and rende, the clip the video goes in spurts, with any setting. Using Vtr Style, Duplicate Fied, Fluid Motion... the result is the same. May depend on what? I also tried to change HDD for rendering and import the clips, but to no avail. I also formatted the PC.It happens with both XP and Seven. I updated the drivers for my graphics card but nothing changes.

What version of MC are you running?

You should be running the driver version that is qualified in this version matrix, not necessarily the newest driver.

    Thanks.

    My version is 5.035.

I tried with 190.38  certified drivers, and even with the new, but the result does not change.

I find certified drivers  in C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\Utilities\nVidia\190.38_quadro_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whq

Does video play normally without timewarp effect? Maybe field dominance is wrong? (Check by setting project to interlaced, step half-field-wise with ALT+2 or ALT+1 on the normal keypad, not the numeric one...)

Another guess: Maybe you render out at a too high compression to a too slow disk? If you render uncompressed full HD to au unstriped single hdd that could happen... Check media creation settings...

    Thank you, Thomas!

Yes, video play normally and field dominance is not wrong.

It looks from here that it is a field dominance problem -

I'm not in front of an Avid at the moment, but try - in timewarp try output as progressive, rather than interlaced, which will give you both fields together, or in BCC effects - de-interlace, try changing the field order.

Re: Problema con timewarp - Problem with timewarp effect

Hi guys! Now, I think this is really a field dominance problem. MC chooses "DV 25 411 MXF"  for Dv 50i Pal and set " ordered for current format" in options/image. If I select instead "Even (Lower Field First) orderd" timewarp works well, so it seems. Yes

I will still test to be safer. Thanks again to all
