    Audio Playback through Firewire

    Hi there,

I'm checking out the new MC 5 at the moment and experienced a strange behaviour during playback of any clip or sequence: If I play it back through Firewire with "Video Display" switched on, it gets asynchronous. Meaning: playback of audio starts around 1 second before the video's playback. So, changing the delay setting in the Video Display settings just doesn't have any affect. I didn't experience this with any older version of Mediacomposer using the same setup (VTR, mixer, etc.).

When I perform a Digital Cut, everything is fine again.

Is this a bug or can someone help me fixing this?

    Re: Audio Playback through Firewire

I'm having the same issues except my digital cut is still off. I've tried offsetting audio/video but no luck.

    Wondering what you found discovered.
