    Re: Fly edit with Multicamera

You can map multicam buttons on the keyboard. I map M1,M2,M3,M4 at F5,F6,F7,F8 respectively.

You can do it by opening Command Palette and doing a "Button to Button" Reassignment. The buttons are at the Mcam tab.

After that you can hit play and change cams on the fly hitting F5,F6,etc and you can see the result in the composer window.

...and what happens if I press this button?...

    Re: Fly edit with Multicamera

When you edit in multicam mode, are you seeing the quad or nine display in the source viewer? You should be able to edit the muiticam source clip to the timeline and then backup your timemark to the beginning, start playing in the record monitor and then tap on one of the quad or nine images in the source viewer. As you do, a cut is introduced into your timeline and the particular camera selected. This does not stop playback in the record monitor (although it also doesn't show you the cuts to each camera until you stop playing).

You can also map camera selection to buttons as suggested.

    Cheers
