Hi all just wondering if someone could help me I need to convert audio files into Bwaves what kind of software does this (protools) ? and what's or is there an industry standard? Also what kind of metadata can be placed in the file?

If you mean Broadcast WAV format then Sony Sound forge can do it

Adobe Audition can also do it.

what about protools?

From what I read it can play Bwaves but not write the metadata...What I'm looking for is a program that can create Bwave files!...

Both Audition and Sound Forge Can Record BWF and Convert other files to BWF and Insert Metadata
