    power clips as replicable object

How can I make power clips as replicable object so that the news producers can use it as replaceable texture in iNews/ Deko Select?

Sorry, but the new Power Clip feature is not a replaceable element in DekoSelect.

Does it work in Deko 3000?

Power clips are available as an option on Deko3000.  But the replacement of Power Clip layers through DekoSelect (the newsroom plug in) is not available.  Any template fulfilled through DekoSelect can contain Power Clips, but the newsroom will not be able to view those layers or replace them with alternate media.

Re: power clips as replicable object

Mary – thank you for your quick reply.

What is the advantage of having a replaceable power clip if it cannot be replaced through DekoSelect?

Basically we want to build Deko templates with power clips that can be replaced by producers from DekoSelect. Do we need any additional plug-in or software to do this or is there a workaround to accomplish this?

    Thanks.
