    when doing the drag method from the clipboard monitor onto your sequence, i'm unable to do this as an overwrite paste as you do on your tutorial.  I'm only able to do this as an Insert paste, which pushes the entire sequence apart.  Any thoughts as to what i'm doing wrong?
