    Hi there,
Does anybody know a tool to automatically delete attic files, at a scheduled time?
    Thanx in advance.

    Hi Darko,

There's probably a disk utility available from a third party somewhere that would do it, but I don't know of one built into Avid.

    good luck,

    Hi Carl,
thanx for your reply. Anyway I was looking for a external tool. I tried "delenda" but it didn´t work for me. Hope somebody out there has heard of another tool.
We have a big Lanshare project here which I back up every two hours, but some editors are used to check the attic-folder first.

You can write a Batchfile if your on windows, then set it with the Task Scheduler.

if your on a Macintosh, you can write an applescript to do that.
