[FIXED] 2018.9 Subclip exports have wrong Timecode!

There seems to be a serious bug when exporting subclips with MC 2018.9

    - Export as MOV Same as Source -> some clips have correct timecode, some clips start at 01:00:00:00 (randomly)

    - Exports with Avid Media Processor DNxHD 185x -> all clips have wrong timecode!

The master clip was captured from HDCAM tape as DNxHD 185x 1080i50.
When I export the master clip the timecode is correct but when I export a subclip the timecode gets messed up.

Please have a look at this screenshot

This is a serious problem that need to be taken care of ASAP.
Please contact me if you need more info or clips for testing (dominik.steiner@rihafilm.com).
