Being able to map "mixer pulldown menus"

I find myself always bringing up the mixer for added clips and bringing up pull down menu to give it the same gain as the surrounding clips.

It would be cool if I could map "Set level on track - in/out" on keyboard without having to bring up the mixer and using mouse for pulldown menu.

    Thanks

Agreed, I’m using a macro to do this job, makes it much easier. Also using a macro to target which track needs adjusting, and then use the shift & arrow keys to raise or lower volume.

Can you explain this macro in more detail?  Thank you

Re: Being able to map "mixer pulldown menus"

I manually set the in out marks and set the tracks I want to adjust,

i then trigger the macro with the key combo - command F12 - then

the macro selects the mixer, then targets the drop down menu, steps down to set volume in to  out.

ill post a screen shot of the macro when I’m back at work.
