Anyone using a BlackMagic Intensity Pro 4K for Monitoring?

    Hi,

We are considing this product for an edit suite. Is anyone else using one of these and if so, is there any feedback? Or, would anyone recommend a different open I/O product?

We would just want to monitor using standard HD frame Rates and record guide comm/voice over.

Up until this point, my only experience is with DX hardware.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm using one. It's great for monitoring. About the only issue (and I've not checked to see if the latest firmware update has fixed this) is the video levels are wrong when using the component input. So I'm restricted to using S-Video instead.

I use one for monitoring. Works great. Never for capture so can't comment there.
