I'm only occasionally doing titling...and am now confronted with what seems a basic thing. I want to use a TT decorative font that has some transparent areas in it ("Circus.ttf"), yet I need to fill the hollow parts of the strokes with a color (or gradient), but leave the outside contours as well as the real "holes" in some letters ("B", "O",...) transparent to let the background through. Hope my request is clear.. Is there an easy way to accomplish this instead of the 'brute force' approach (e.g. paint a layer below the hollow portions of the letters)?
