    De-Activate Re Activate

    Due to computer issues re-build failed to de-activate MC .xxxx

    Attempting to download and re-activate MC current release

    Old version still showing and won't de-activate 

    Download manager  is showing an activation code which I presume is the oldie

    Lic Status is activated

    Lic Type is Perminent 

    help pls to Download and activate current version 

    New Canon Camera and desperatre to try it out once I get MC up and going again

    long time since I have had tro do this so help will be appreciated ...

    Hello again

    Now Monday - request some help with this pls if I don't get going again soon I'm a done duck ..

    I can download sayu MC 8.9.2 

    Application Manager indicates :-

    Activated

    Lic Status Perminent

    Yet all I can get up is activation failed

    While you're waiting for Raff, you could try contacting Avid Support.

    Select Broadcast & Video, then on the next page click the + next to Contact Support and call the number listed for your area.  Help with activation issues is included with your subscription, and it's option 2 from the phone menu.
