Editing with Producer watching on edit live via Skype

Hi All simply we are trying to use skype with a webcam pointed at our client mintor to do edit sessions with our producer who is in another city.  We seem to be a the mercy of the internet and irregular service. Anyone know of any services we can use to do this better ? Note: we have rockin computers, the latest Avid Media Composer Software and expensive internet plans.

Use TeamViewer to setup remote control and sharing.

We have done the Skype thing several times although there are several options depending on your budget. Unfortunately however your internet is the key part of the equation. It won't matter what service you use if the internet speeds from and to where you are communicating are hindered. You need to have dedicated hi speeds down and up to both the sender and receiver for this to work Wifi is usually a very bad option as well. Hardlines will always make it better where available.

    We have used:

slingbox - consumer hardware option for about 350bucks. Must get higher model box and internet package must be at least 10mbps up speed. Hi download on other end. Recccommend 25mbps down. [this still has lag as it is meant for watching tv but it does work. Biggest fallback is can only have 1 viewer]

Cinesync - expensive and still unstable

sohonet - very expensive / very stable

    facetime - same as skype
