    Hi linke1,

to change the Media Composer language to german do as follows:

    1. go to the original installer package to:

MediaComposer\International\German and copy the "german.tdf" file

    2. on your workstation go to:

    C:\Program Files\Avid\Avid Media Composer\SupportingFiles\International

and paste the "german.tdf" file to this folder

    3. rename the "german.tdf" to "default.tdf"

    4. restart the Media Composer - it is now in german language

    Good Luck

    Guido

    i wholeheartedly advise against that.

viel glück beim googeln der fehlermeldungen.

same is true for the operating system. software makes sense in the language it was designed in.
