Application Manager displays wrong expiring date

Today I renewed my Avid support for one year. To july 10, 2016.

But the Application Manager still displays: Expires on 07/10/2015

When does it update that info?

After renewing my support contract my Application Manager also doesn't update and displays the wrong expiry date. Anyone know a fix for this?

If you log into your Avid master account what does it show there for expiring date?

    Hi Pat,

The Avid Master Account shows the correct information it's just the Application Manager that isn't updating. Not a major issue, by any means.

JKL32 and Kevin Smith et al......

The master account will update immediately when a support/upgrade plan has been renewed.

The appman updates on the next login, or within the next 12 hr interval of time, or if you  'syncs the account'.

How to sync...... from the drop down menu in appman simply click Sync Account.

The next major version of appman v2.5 which is coming soon, will have a push notification so it should update almost instantly just ike the Master account does.

Re: Application Manager displays wrong expiring date

    Hi Marianna,

I've tried syncing the Application Manager several times now and it doesn't update and neither does logging out and logging in again.

Nothing to worry about, as the master account shows the correct information, but I thought I would let you know.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Kev

Are you seeing the old date in the Appman under the Support tab or the Account tab?

Same problem here with the latest AppMan. My Account tab has an expiration date from last month even though the Avid.com web site has it correctly updated to 2016.
