Unexplainable EDL export errors on preview

    Hi,

I don't have a ton of experience with EDL exports and am having some rather puzzling errors show up saying "Master List: Warning: There were 185 errors during event generation.  Try to create a list using File_32 EDL type".  The problem is the sound designer and colourist want CMX_3600 type EDLS.

The film is a feature - about 90 mins.  There are no thrid party effects.  I am isolating each track to make an edl for each one.  I've tried shortening the file name dramatically, but that doesn't help.  Any ideas on what could be wrong?

It turns out CMX_3600 only works when a feature is proken up into about 4 reels, because of a limit on allowable events in the edit.  I had forgotten about this limitation.  It turns out File_32 EDLs are fine, but I believe the colourist didn't have access to their machine and didn't understand the File_32 edls in text form.
