    large color accurate monitors

My edit suites currently have some older Panasonic Pro Plasmas. They are all on their last legs. In our company color is becoming more important on some newer jobs we have and I'm looking to upgrade our suites with 42" - 50" color (fairly) accurate client displays. We have found that we can't use LED displays because with Media Composer a cut in from black will always fade in when using LEDs.

We work in Rec709 and calibrate using Calman with a PR-655. Our goal is to closely match our Christie digital cinema projectors with are very very accurate.

I have a decent budget and I'm being asked for better color I'd like to get the most color accurate displays I can get (not including Dolby).

    Does anyone have any recomendations?

    Thank you.

Flanders 50" (only one model) is very good.

It is an LCD and not a plasma, so be aware of that.
