    [PT10] H.264 "Issues with backwards nudging/scrubbing"

Im having an issue with nudging backwards with an H.264 video. Nudging forwards works fine. In grid mode when nudging backwards one frame the video engine does not update the frame. The session and video remain one frame out of sync until I nudge forwards. In slip mode if I scrub backwards with the selector tool it appears to update at the edge of the video frame and remain in sync.

On http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/FAQ/en364547  it says that this is a known issue, however, I have not found anyone with the same issue.

Im using a MacBook Pro (9,2) with Mavericks and PT 10.3.8. (the problem started in 10.3.7)
