    HELP! Segmentation Fault on launch

    Hey Folks,

I work in a shared media composer facility focused on Reality TV. We are on Media Composer with shared storage on a Facilis using TeraBlock manager. We were dark for a couple weeks, but when we came back we started getting this error on launch when it says "Initalizing Audio":

"Segmentation fault" in thread "MainThread", at address 0x0

I've tried deleting preference files, moving the digidesign plugins, repairing the permissions on my local drive... still getting the issue. But sometimes when we get the error at night, it allows us to open the next morning. Sometimes not so much. We were on 6.5.2, and we installed which helped for a while, but now we are back to the same issue.

    We're on OS 10.8.5.

ANY help you guys can give would be SUPER appreciated.

    Anything change on the systems?

    Do you have Soundflower installed?

No soundflower. Nothing on the systems changed. Because it was happening across multiple systems I figured it was probably a network thing. When I disconnected from our wifi network but not our wired facilis network, things started working again. So definately a network issue I guess, but why would a wifi network with no network mounted drives cause a segmentation fault? I'd like to reconnect the systems to the wifi network for internet... any thoughts?
