    That bouncing MC dock icon

drives me crazy. You can disable it via this terminal command. just if you want to...

defaults write com.apple.dock no-bouncing -bool TRUE

(It disables all dock icon bouncing and can be reverted if you set it from TURE to FALSE, restart finder to see the effect)

Is your bouncing dock item the AvidDMFSrv app from MC7?

Re: That bouncing MC dock icon

Mainly its the Avid app icon itself, that pops up on startup, saving titles or batch importing media etc. etc. every single time.

    But not anymore. :)
