    using a Geforce with MC on a pc

    Officially Geforce is not supported for MC but I can get more card for my buck if I go with that instead of a comparably priced quadro. Does anyone know of a way to get MC to work with Geforce on a pc? 

    This is the card I'm looking at

    ...if You happen to find a working driver and apply some tweaks. OTOH when troubleshooting issues You'll never be able to exclude that video card is at the core of the problem(s).

    It's the other apps use of the video card and GPU that make buying another Quadro very unlikely for me. I'm fine with using a Quadro 2000 level card for MC. But AE and Resolve need more powerful cards to playback smoothly.
