    Pan & Zoom Shaking Issue

    Help: can someone explain why this simple zoom out shakes? I notice this happening randomly in PZ since day one. Is it just me?

    Have not seen anything like it with Pan and Zoom. Almost looks like reversed fields in the render / encode.

    Have you tried setting the optimise field to progressive?

    Actually, to me, it looks like a low-res render.

    What are your quality settings for the render?

    One more thing, I answered another of your threads a week ago where you was using imported stills instead of linking to them and told you that the correct workflow was to link.

    How about that .

    Thank you guys. I will check my settings again. About the image import, I am aware of the P&Z link workflow. I just import the clip for an actual visual reference on my timeline rather than just using a slug or filler. Thanks.

     using a slug or filler.

    I never use fillers myself, I use the imported images added to the seq to place P&Z on and link to the origins.

    MC 7 and Frameflex might add new workflows to this.

    Thats what the OP does?  Thats what I do.

    Ervz - make sure you set your move to constant, and choose Avid hi quality for your render settings. See if that fixes it.

    Can we go back to the way audio nodes used to be selected? Please? ie if you have audio nodes at the same time on selected tracks; then selecting 1 audio node selects them all at that time. Having to shift select nodes or add an in and out is time consuming and counter productive. At least make it an option.
