Importing a mov file made from Keynote - audio issues

I imported a file that i made from a keynote presentation (it was exported as mov). The mov file plays perfectly, and when it gets to the video that is embedded, it plays just fine.

I then imported it to Avid MC 6 (Lion, Macbook Pro) at DNxHD 120. The file looked perfect until it gets to the movie. When the movie starts to play, there is a sound in the background of the audio that repeats. It sounds like a phrase in a Germanic language.

    Is this an audio watermark?

I was thinking that it is an issue with the DNxHD, and later I'll try to import it as Apple prorez. I lined to the file using AMA, and it works fine, but I am assuming that the strange audio will come back to the video sequence if I transcode it to DNxHD120.

Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Any ideas on a workaround?
