    Hi Allan,

do you mean which client is logged in by isis-client to the storage or who is logged in to the management console?

On the System Director, open the ISIS system director control panel-  then click on "Active Clients" tab.

Re: Is there a way to see who are locked in to the ISIS5000 server?

    Hi Allan,

you can login to the management console from every client by typing the ip-address of system director in your IE and login with the same username and password you use by logging-in at the system director itself. Then follow Doc Avids advice to the "active clients tab".

Also you need flash player to be installed on your client.

But be careful that you don´t do any administrative parts in parallel on open management consoles. It is an administrative console not for every editor to be open for viewing.

You can make user accounts with limited access but I´m not sure if these accounts can see the active clients tab as well.

    Try it yourself Wink

    Best regards,

    Kristina

Re: Is there a way to see who are locked in to the ISIS5000 server?

Thank you Kristina for being helpfull.

Typing the ip-address of system brings me to the Management console and not the system director, or launch pad.

Or should i first install AvidISISStorageManager64.msi on my PC ?

    Best regards

    Allan

Re: Is there a way to see who are locked in to the ISIS5000 server?

    Hi Allan,

the info you are looking for is also in the management console. On condition that you know the admin username and password. Otherwise you see less information.

But even with limited access you should see the connected clients (see screenshot lower left)

Otherwise click connection status or bandwidth from connectivity icons. Or are you still missing other information?

    Best regards,

Re: Is there a way to see who are locked in to the ISIS5000 server?

What I see in the management console is connected workstations but not the individual users.

We do have 13 workstations that more than 50 user/clients are using, all with individual lock in. We are interested to know users working and when. Preferably as a history log.

    Best regards

    Allan
